- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Service here is passable. However it is usually understaffed. What I really do not like is that I have to make an appointment to conduct any business. I have been doing business at the location for over 10 years. I walked in as usual and was crisply told that I had to make an appointment for another time to do any bank business. Since there is such a high turnover, I do not know anyone there anymore, and they certainly make no effort to know me. Small town banking does not exist with BOA.
